Terms of use
TFP Nutrition team portal (team.tfpnutrition.com) · Effective October 19, 2026 · Privacy notice
These terms apply to everyone who uses the TFP Nutrition team portal. By signing in you agree to them. They work together with the TFP Employee Handbook and company policies; if they conflict, the Handbook and policies control.
1. Who may use the portal
The portal is for current and former TFP employees, new hires and others TFP authorizes, only for TFP employment purposes. TFP may limit, suspend or end anyone's access at any time. When employment ends, access is reduced to your own paystubs and documents.
2. Your account
- Your account is personal. Do not share your password or sign-in codes, and do not let anyone else use your account.
- Keep your mobile number and email current, because sign-in codes go there.
- Tell HR right away if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- look at, copy, download, print or share information about other people unless your job requires it;
- enter information you know is false, or alter or falsify any record, signature, time-off request, report or document;
- try to get around security, reach pages or records you are not authorized for, or test, probe or overload the portal;
- upload anything harmful, unlawful, harassing or unrelated to work, or anything you have no right to share;
- use the portal to retaliate against anyone for raising a concern or taking part in an investigation.
Supervisors and HR must keep the information they see confidential and use it only for their TFP duties. Misuse may lead to discipline, up to and including termination of employment, and to legal action where appropriate.
4. Electronic signatures and records
You agree to sign documents and receive records electronically through the portal. Your electronic signature, such as a typed name, a drawn signature, or ticking a box and pressing a sign button, has the same effect as a handwritten signature. TFP records the date, time and IP address of each signature. You may ask HR for a paper copy of any document you signed, and you may ask to sign a paper copy instead. Signing a performance or corrective-action document confirms only that you received and read it, not that you agree with it.
5. Information in the portal
TFP works to keep the portal accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date. Paystubs are copies for your convenience; TFP's payroll records are the official record. Time-off balances, reports and other figures may be corrected when errors are found. If something looks wrong, tell HR. Nothing in the portal changes your pay, benefits or employment terms except as TFP policy provides.
6. Company property and monitoring
The portal and everything in it belong to TFP. As the Employee Handbook explains, you have no expectation of privacy in TFP systems, and TFP may monitor, log and review their use, consistent with applicable law. How TFP handles personal information is described in the privacy notice.
7. Employment at will
Nothing in the portal or these terms is a contract of employment or a promise of employment for any period. Employment with TFP remains at will, as described in the Employee Handbook. Disputes are handled as the Employee Handbook provides, including its dispute resolution and arbitration terms.
8. Availability and limits
The portal is provided "as is" and "as available". TFP may change, suspend or retire any part of it, and it may be unavailable at times. To the fullest extent the law allows, TFP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the portal. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under wage-and-hour, anti-discrimination, workers' compensation or other employment laws, including your right to report concerns to a government agency.
9. Text messages
TFP Nutrition may send text messages to the mobile number in your account:
- Sign-in codes when you sign in, if you choose text as your sign-in method.
- Time-off notices (a decision on your request, or a new request to approve), only if you turn them on.
- Work alerts such as closures, weather and emergencies, only if you agreed to them.
Text messages are optional and are not a condition of employment; you can use email instead. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages, or HELP for help, or turn texts off in the portal. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Questions: hr@tfpnutrition.com.
10. Changes and governing law
TFP may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and you may be asked to agree again at your next sign-in; continuing to use the portal means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where the law of the state where you work applies.
